Big overhaul!

Another update to get this to ten levels, and add some more items to make the last few levels harder. Also adding some atmospheric things like sound effects, and explosions.  Tweeked the levels a bit to make them flow better, and adjusted the speed of the ball so you're more grounded in the environment. 

Added three levels.
Added new obstacles. 
Added sounds to items.
Removed items causing a bug with music.
Changed textures and colors to make it look better.

If you play I would love to hear what you like about it, and what didn't work for you. I could see adding a lot more levels and making this more interesting.
