The floor is lava!

Some major updates, including a new level! Oh, and I changed the name of the game. Lava Lanes seemed much more appropriate than Sticks N Stones. 

• Added main menu
• Added volume slide
• Added credit screen
• Added a lvl 5
• Added downloadable file
• Added collectibles

Also some small changes to make everything run a little smoother. 

Future plans will add a speed run timer, and a collectible counter so that you can see how fast you can get through the levels. And more levels.
